These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.ecomoto.com.au and the purchase of OSET electric dirt bikes from Ecomoto Pty Ltd. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • We accept payments via PayPal, and direct bank transfer.

  • Prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • All purchases are for in-store collection only. Customers are required to visit our Melbourne showroom to collect their ordered bikes. We do not provide delivery services at this time.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns for manufacturer defects within 14 days of delivery.

  • Bikes must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

5. Warranty

  • All OSET bikes come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty claims must be lodged through Ecomoto or OSET Australia.

  • Misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications void the warranty.

6. Liability

  • Ecomoto is not liable for rider injury, accidents, or improper use of the bikes.

  • Customers must adhere to local laws and safety regulations when using their bikes.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Ecomoto Pty Ltd/ Oset bikes.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
